i feel blobby. i miss running. starting this saturday with jocelyn im going back to running every day, since my work hours will be adjusting to 10-6 every day. which is nice. i also have a new boss. also nice.

i know ive said this a hundred times already, but i also think i need to ween myself off of drinking so much coffee. its been a lot lately. 2 to 3 big cups a day. its causing a lot of heart burn i think. well.... gotta change my diet any ways. need to start bringing lunches to work and cooking dinner. i need to save money, not to mention eat healthier. do you think cooking korean food is difficult? =)

i LOVE stars. im excited to go see them in february. thank you to a very nice boy for buying me tickets [for valentines day]. i dont necessarily believe in valentines day, but i am a TOTAL SUCKER for some of the valentines displays and merch. arg. some of the stuff is SOOOOO cute, plus im a sucker for hearts, so ya know. valentines = lots of hearts.

ive found a new drug. its name is jack bauer. im obsessed with 24. i cant get enough, and i cant get it fast enough. keifer is bad ass. im looking forward to going home tonite and watching more of season 3--PLEASE DONT TELL ME ANY SPOILERS. i wll hunt you down and cut off your head if you do.

i finished my intersession class this week, therefore, i am now OFFICIALLY a college grad. yay. my intersession class sucked ass, sadly, but at least its over now.

i think i might be allergic to lee's sandwiches! =) last nite i ate the vegetarian sandwich and afterwards i found it hard to swallow/breathe. like my throat was contracting... it was bizzare and scary and mostly just uncomfortable. though it could have been the nasty-ass pork buns that i will never get from there again. blah.

thank goodness its friday. is it just me or has this week felt entirely too long? im waiting for lorna so we can go get coffee... tho, most likely i'll just wait to have some with tyler when we go and eat dinner.

ive decided to skip out on the "passion party" that my sister invited me to go to tonite. basically its a company that comes in to sell you sex toys. sounds kinda sorority girl-ish to me. plus... i dont really have money to spend. ;) any way. ive traded the passion party in for helping out the boy with fundraiser duties, cuz im nice and i like helping people out with stuff. plus... it feels like a good night to just kinda stay home and chill and watch netflix, drink coffee/tea and lounge about.

my intersession teacher is horrendous. seriously. some people arent meant to become teachers. oh well. seven class sessions left.

happy new year ya'll. everytime i sit down to write something on this blog, all my clever little thoughts are gone and replaced with exhaustion.

the year has been good to me so far. all 9 days. im three days into my intersession ethnic studies class at san jose city college. (its the final 2 units i need to officially be a college grad and get my diploma.) there's a lot of hand-holding going on in the class, something im not particularly used to (and don't really care for), and im finding it annoying and hard to deal with. luckily there are only about ten more class sessions. today we spent half the class time reading our course books silently, then the remainder watching the movie norma rae. im wondering when the teacher is actually going to begin teaching.

ive been catching up on movies... still have more to see. so far ive seen brokeback mountain (twice), its a really great movie, with an honest and believable story that is told in a way that doesn't feel rushed or hollywood-ized. heath & jake (HOT), also gave great performances that felt geniune. any way, i liked the movie. one of my top picks of the year. i also saw munich this past weekend, which i thought felt a bit long at times, but is still one of the more interesting and relevant movies that ive seen this year. along with goodnight and good luck and syriana. props to the clooney. ive also seen a couple of pretty bad movies the past couple of weeks: rumor has it (horrible!) and the family stone (even more horrible). i wish mark ruffalo would stop making romantic comedies and hook back up with kenneth lonergan. blah.

im still waiting to see king kong, match point (seems identical to crimes & misdemeanors though), memoirs of a geisha and narnia. there's also talk of a movie-hop day to see the ringer and grandma's boy. yeah. im being serious. it wont be instigated by me, but i will inevitably be there. =)

and on a last note--before i set out to do some manual work around the office, i would just like to say that i find it somewhat annoying that when all i want to do is go into taco bell and order my spicy chicken burrito and nachos for lunch, i first have to be hit on and harassed by the boy taking my order. (who was oh so sad that i unfortunately had to take my lunch back to work--and not sit inside and have him harass me even more.)
